RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you purchased, it may be returned in accordance with the conditions below. Please note that refunds are available for online purchases only. In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Tuchuzy operates a separate return and exchange policy for in-store purchases.

In-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only

Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Online orders must be returned within:

14 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers

21 days of delivery for all other countries

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered

Hard Markdown (red ticket items) are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds are not permitted on sale items

Promotional sale items at or above 20% off are considered markdown

Sale items are not eligible for free return shipping

A return label may be provided for $10, deducted from store credit or exchange value

Some sale items may have minor imperfections reflected in the price — sale is final
SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE

Swimwear cannot be returned unless deemed faulty

Lingerie bottoms cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
EARRINGS

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty

MADE TO ORDER
Adina Reyter items are final sale as each piece is custom-made and specially ordered for you.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Items purchased online or in-store between December 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 7.
Outside this period:

Online orders follow the 14-day returns policy

In-store purchases follow the 7-day returns policy
All other terms apply. Gift cards are excluded.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
