SHIPPING & RETURNS

We're offer free shipping on all AU orders over $280 and free express shipping on all AU orders if you spend $300 or more.

We also offer same day delivery to Sydney metro customers, Monday – Friday between 8am – 2pm.

We offer free returns on all orders (within 14 days for AU & NZ customers and 21 days for international orders).

We now also offer instant refunds on returns, no need to wait for your order to be shipped back and checked before you’re issues a refund. We have partnered with Refundid who refunds your order before you’ve even sent back your items, read more about refunded HERE

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer Click & Collect from our Bondi flagship store. Make a purchase online and we’ll have that purchase be ready for pick up in-store on the same-day when placed before 2pm.

BY APPOINTMENT

We're now offering private one-on-one styling appointments behind a closed door, for those wanting to take extra precautions. This service is available in our flagship Bondi store and appointments can be made by contacting us on 1300 043 105.
