Denim has never been just a category for us. Tuchuzy opened on Hall Street in 1995, and we built our name on knowing which labels cut, wash and construct denim properly.

Every pair on the floor has earned its place. We choose for fit, fabric weight and silhouette, not for volume.

• L'Agence — Parisian tailoring in a five-pocket jean. Structured through the hip, fluid through the leg.
• Agolde — California ease. Relaxed proportions and washes that have become a modern staple.
• Anine Bing — clean lines, rigid cotton, denim that softens into the body.

How to wear it

• Wide leg: tuck in a fitted top and add a minimal heel. The volume of the leg balances a streamlined upper half.
• Straight leg: a clean rinse works from desk to dinner. Anchor it with a simple knit.
• High rise: half-tuck a shirt and let the denim do the structural work.
