For parcels being sent outside of metro areas we recommend allowing additional time.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and taxes vary by country and are not covered by Tuchuzy. 

Before making a purchase, please consult with local customs authorities to comprehend any potential duties and taxes associated with your order. Customers are responsible for settling these charges upon the arrival of the goods in their respective countries.

International Delivery

Tuchuzy offer world wide International Shipping. If we are unable to book an international shipment through Australia Post we will contact the customer to alternative work out an alternative address or cancel the order.

We use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. Please feel free to contact customer service if you have any further queries.

Delivery can take anywhere between 1-5 business days. If you’d like it faster, please call or email us and we may be able to provide a quote for a faster service. Generally speaking, the closer your are to Australia and to a capital city, the closer you can expect the item to arrive in the quicker end of that delivery estimate.

Wrong Order Details

If any information on your order is incorrect we can attempt to amend this before your order is dispatched to the courier. Please contact us on 1300 043 105 and we will attempt to intercept.

If a delivery is unsuccessful the package will be returned to Tuchuzy within 10 business days. Once received back to us we can then re-ship your order to the correct address.

Order Cut-Off Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it has been placed. Generally, if you place an order before 12pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During busy sale periods, order processing time can be between 24-72 hours.

Track My Order

If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Tuchuzy website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.

If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.

Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

Tuchuzy will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. Please email us for any enquiries customerservice@tuchuzy.com

Authority To Leave

As Tuchuzy do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
