Returns
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you purchased for any reason, it may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided it adheres to the following conditions.
INSTORE RETURN POLICY
- Kindly be aware that Tuchuzy implements a distinct return and exchange policy for in-store transactions. In-store purchases allow for returns for store credit, refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Credit notes retain validity for a duration of 3 years from the date of their issuance.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned to Tuchuzy online within 14 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 21 days for all other countries.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Free return shipping is only available to Australian customers, provided it meets the following criteria.
FULL-PRICED
- All full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange (excluding Adina Reyter & made to order product).
- No returns, store credit or exchanges on Adina Reyter or made to order products.
- Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
- International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.
SALE ITEMS
- Hard Markdown (red ticket items) are not eligible for return and are final sale.
- Refunds on sale items is not permitted.
- Promotional sale items at or above 20% are eligible for credit notes only.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for free return shipping. A return label can be provided to you at a cost of $10, which will be deducted from your return store credit or exchange value.
SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE
- Swimwear cannot be returned for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.
- Lingerie bottoms cannot be returned for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.
EARRINGS
- For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
- If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact customerservice@tuchuzy.com. Please include supporting imagery of the faulty item, along with your order number.

Adina Reyter products are final sale, as each piece is custom-made and specially ordered for you.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
- You can return unwanted or unsuitable items purchased online at tuchuzy.com or in-store between December 1, 2024, and December 24, 2024, until January 7, 2024. Outside of this period, our 14 day returns policy applies for online & 7 day returns policy applies for in-store. All other return terms and conditions are applicable, excluding gift cards.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.

Please allow up to 7 business days upon us receiving your parcel for your return to be processed through our warehouse.
We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. Tuchuzy will not be held accountable for returns sent without tracking that may be lost by the carrier.
Tuchuzy can only refund the amount back to the original payment method used while placing the order. If a card has been cancelled and we are unable to process the refund, we will issue a credit note.

What do I do After Receiving My Refund from Refundid?
After using Refundid your refund process is complete.
If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified in the Tuchuzy returns policy and provide Refundid with the relevant shipping tracking number. Please add this shipping tracking number through your Refundid account.

Where do I Receive My Refund?
When signing up to Refundid you’re prompted to provide your BSB and Account Number. Refundid pays you instantly into this account.
Please still follow the steps via our Online Returns Portal to initiate your return.
A returns label for International returns won’t be generated. Please send the package back to our returns address at your own cost.
Please note items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your item/s.
